Figuring out who I am and doing it on purpose.

Born on the beach, raised in the mountains. I am a solid mix of California beach bum meets redneck country girl who lives her best life in the mountains. I believe it’s all about balance; riding mountain bikes with my Valentino earrings on.

Currently, I reside in Lake Oswego, Oregon with my incredible (and HOT) husband Brett, our daughter, Hailey and our pack of hooligan dogs, River, Leo and Luna.

I am a wannabe big mountain skier, mountain biker, avid reader (the spicier the better!), world traveler, mama bear, dog wrangler, designer handbag collector and lifelong cowgirl. I’m a little over the top, I cuss like a sailor and always paint my toes day-glow colors. I love to love and feel all the feels, the blessings and curses of being an empath. I truly believe that the greatest risk in life is never taking one…even if I’m chicken shit. And I never, ever quit.

The words and stories I write are true, sometimes brutal, sometimes beautiful, dumb, frustrating and authentic. I write because I love to, it’s cathartic and therapeutic for me. I write to share experiences that many of us can relate to and to no longer hold back my truth. I am finally living the narrative I want to live.
